Joy Furlipa

Joy is from Boise, Idaho and is a graduate student at Wake Forest University in the department of Health and Exercise Science. She is energized by health behavior psychology and is interested in all forms of technology integrating behavior theory. In the lab, Joy is interested in creating engaging experiences with others to help them garner their skills, find their interests, and pursue their goals. Along with behavior change, she is passionate about health equity and policy that benefits all individuals. Currently, she helps run the MORPH 2 intervention along with other studies in the Behavioral Medicine Lab.
